Duties : Will intake complaints from students and employees of potential violations of the University’s Anti-Discrimination Policy (ADP) and the Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct (RVSM) policy, notifications of the complaint to community partners and human resources, research of legal issues involving the ADP and RVSM, investigation of complaints of discrimination and harassment, and other duties as may be assigned. Will conduct intake interviews, provide notifications to units and human resources of a complaint, provide timely status reports to the parties and community partners of a matter reported to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), interview parties and witnesses, develop appropriate documentation of interviews, prepare investigation reports or other documentation of OIE’s response to a complaint, and other duties as may be assigned.
