Duties

• Review legal documents to uncover critical details for case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondences.
• Represent clients in court hearings with confidence and poise.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to protect clients' interests.
• Manage case files with meticulous organization and timely execution.
• Negotiate settlements that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Admitted to the FL Bar; additional bar admissions are a plus.
• 5+ years of FL default experience, preferably in Replevin or Foreclosure.
• No disciplinary actions from the bar in the last 5 years.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Strong experience with Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of Adobe/Nuance Power PDF.
• Comfortable with new technologies and websites.
• Advanced technology and computer user.
