Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures; supervising staff.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists inside sales personnel with the handling of customer telephone and email orders; answers questions and makes recommendations for handling customer problems.
Provides service for maintaining current information on back orders; advises and informs customer of status; releases and processes orders as merchandise arrives.
Coordinates the activities of inside sales with the efforts of outside salesmen.
Receives current information and reports from sales-computer coordinator regarding sales information; distributes and informs inside sales personnel.
Provides essential training to inside salesmen regarding basic product knowledge, department sales policies and procedures.
Checks and verifies the reasons for processing credit memos, no charge invoices, canceled invoices and other documents.
Attends and participates in departments sales meetings.
Prepares and submits reports as directed.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Routine: Provide guidance to ChemCare CSR’s on day to day issues.
Evaluating performance discrepancies and solution alternatives in CSR’s
Strong interpersonal skills in coaching and team building
Decision making skills and ability to balance customer needs and company objectives
Strong organizational skills
Several years of college or equivalent business experience.
Must be willing to work under Company policy and capable of independent judgment.
3 to 5 years of inside sales or customer service experience with the Company.
Knowledge of sales problems, purchasing, servicing customers, product knowledge and some exposure to outside sales.
Should be familiar with Company sales and personnel policies.
Must be able to work with and secure the cooperation of others.
