Mid-level Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering or a more advanced degree in biotechnology or a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be active members in good standing of one bar, California preferred with 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and, preferably, inter partes reviews (IPRs); Patent bar registration is preferred; strong writing and analytical skills and show a high degree of initiative.
