Description

The Insurance Product Management Representative 2 Manages insurance product offerings for each market and customer need. The Insurance Product Management Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Responsibilities

The Insurance Product Management Representative 2 Monitors product performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Engages in product bid filings, implementing product changes, and member communication. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for identifying product gaps, recommending product changes, and overseeing the implementation of changes to products. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, andworks under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detailed focus on the task at hand with the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities

Solid sense of urgency as it relates to deliverables and priorities

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Associates Degree in Business or related field

Additional Information

This position will be located at the Humana Tower in Louisville, Kentucky but will temporarily be working remote in Kentucky.

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
