Should have 8+ years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions with a substantial focus on negotiating leases of retail, office, healthcare and industrial space. Must be licensed in North Carolina, possess excellent drafting skills, and be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a team.
