Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with applicable regulations and company policy. Works with the legal team, hospital staff, and vendors to create, negotiate, and finalize contracts. Also catalogues, stores, retrieves, and tracks expiration dates and facilitates timely renewal. Should have an Associates Degree; Bachelor's preferred. 2+ years of advanced administrative assistant or contracts/database administration required. Paralegal or equivalent certification preferred.
