The Director of Finance is a member of the business unit’s leadership team with responsibility for optimizing performance and achieving financial and strategic goals, in partnership with its respective President. The Director of Finance functions as the internal expert for the business unit’s financial management and provides decision making support for continued market growth; brings operational best practices to maximize financial outcomes, provider contracting/billing, and payment issues; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement opportunities to translate financial targets into actionable operating objectives; organizes, analyzes, and presents high value analysis and interpretation of data in support of the business unit’s finance and strategic planning functions. Minimum Requirements:

Ten (10) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis in a complex healthcare environment

Five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity

Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum requirements Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or relevant experience required

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field OR CPA preferred
