Real Estate Counsel
The candidate will provide legal support for our fast-growing real estate needs, including filling an aggressive pipeline demand and ensuring real estate deals are completed quickly with appropriate legal protections. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating new store leases, purchase agreements and other related documents together with amendments; Managing outside counsel in connection with the foregoing; Reviewing, drafting and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, letters of intent, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, construction and property operation-related vendor contracts; Drafting and responding to lease-related legal notices; Providing overall legal support to the company’s Real Estate & Construction departments; Providing occasional legal support to the company’s other functions.
