The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience working on entertainment transactions in film, television, and/or streaming/digital media, Experience in development, finance, production and distribution preferred, Fluency in 2nd language highly preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred), Admitted to the California bar, Outstanding credentials from a highly ranked law school, Prior experience in a law firm with national reputation preferred, In-house experience at a studio, network or other media company also a plus, Copyright classes or experience preferred, Superior writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment concurrently servicing multiple leading industry clients.
