Conflicts/Billing Specialist
The candidate will ensure accuracy of all information given and received. Manage the conflict reporting process for the firm. Coordinate and review the timekeepers’ time entries, help resolve issues by proofreading, editing and correcting entries. Assist in the billing process in a timely manner to be effective and efficient. Maintain and setup the timekeepers, clients, client matters and billing rates in the accounting/billing system. Other duties as assigned. Should preferably have an Associate’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent related experience with 5+ years’ of general office experience. Billing experience in a professional services firm such as law, CPA, engineering or similar is strongly preferred.
