We are currently looking for a Commercial Support Specialist for our Sales & Marketing Team in Allegan

Perform a wide range of administrative and support activities for Sales and Marketing to facilitate the efficient operations of Sales and Marketing. Additionally, coordinate administrative activities to effectively disseminate information to the business.

Major Duties / Responsibilities

Execute opportunities and dashboards within SFDC or established internal processes. Process and communicate Awarded and Loss of Business documents to organization through delivery of clear and concise communication and accurate documentation and data. Executes discontinued business by ensuring appropriate component analysis and Rid $ is identified and approved by correct LOA and items are accurately re-classed.

Execute, customize, and distribute SFDC, BO or ERP (SAP/Innatrack) reports as requested by Sales or Marketing, execute CATTs for maintenance of Sales related data in SAP.

Execute administrative tasks for Sales and Marketing such as expense reporting, process invoices and PO set up, sales sample requests, packaging bill of material requests/new item request, new 3-digit product request, new vendor request, etc.

Provide general administrative assistance to Sales and Marketing such as ensuring customer and internal contact information and organizational charts are up to date in SFDC and/or SharePoint.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, must be adaptable and flexible.

Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to assess and make decisions based on data available.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy and intermediate skill in use of MS Excel, Power Point and Word are required.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree highly desirable.

Three years of office experience, with experience in sales or marketing organization preferred.
