Responsibilities: Electronic filing in state and federal courts as needed. Preparation and filings with governmental authorities in NV and other states to register/file annual FDD's. Manage assigned attorneys’ calendars, dockets, and appointments. Transcribe dictation and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex litigation documents as needed. Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond as necessary. Maintain and complete attorney monthly time entry and billing. Maintain client files in DMS (Netdocs) as well as the physical file. Provide backup support to other legal assistants as assigned or needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
