Associate / Counsel: Full Time Experienced Full Remote

Profile

ROBSON & ROBSON P.C. seeks a litigator with more than 10 years’ experience to handle a variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and contract disputes, class actions and business torts.

The successful candidate will have:

• J.D. from accredited law school
• Admission to Pennsylvania bar
• Superior research (Westlaw) and writing skills
• Clerkship/law review preferred
• Experience in all phases of motions practice and discovery
• Participation in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations (either as lead counsel or second chair)
• Appellate experience desirable but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to interface directly and effectively with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams and Excel
• Must be located in EST or CST areas

Job Type: Full-time, full remote

Compensation: $125,000 plus, depending on experience
