to join our team in Austin, TX.

The person in this role will be responsible for screening telephone calls and greeting visitors. Additional duties include maintaining the calendar of supported executives, scheduling travel, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating special projects and office functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Role Responsibilities

Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures

Supports Director

Maintains filing system

Order office supplies

Plans and coordinates meetings and special events as required

Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, processes and check requests

Receives telephone calls, incoming mail and other correspondence and route as appropriate

Supports Manager(s) by typing proposals, letters and other correspondences

Requirements

Basic knowledge of multi-line phone system

Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills

Introductory time management skills

Ability to work independently

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
