Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation cases, including real estate, contract, and entity disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Represent clients in court, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal practices and precedents
• Manage and meet deadlines while producing quality legal work

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Proven ability to handle a wide range of legal issues independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Appellate or federal court clerkship experience preferred
• Must be in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the State Bar of Arizona
