General Counsel

The candidate will provide expert and strategic legal advice to leadership and all business teams on all aspects related to product offerings and services, including their development, launch, marketing, sales and compliance with federal, state and local laws. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to, customer product agreements, vendor contracts, regulatory and licensing agreements, and NDAs. Monitor new and emerging developments in applicable insurance and financial services industries, including advising Foxen leadership on changes to relevant federal, state or local licensing and regulatory laws. Interpret laws in the context of business activities and goals, Identify the potential impact on current and future Foxen product offerings, and ensure that key personnel are in possession of necessary information. Work directly with regulators to resolve regulatory challenges that may arise. Create and manage internal governance policies. Provide legal training and support to key business functions including Sales, Client Implementation, Operations, Engineering, and Human Resources departments. Other duties as directed and assigned.
