Office Services Assistant - Temporary

The candidate will be responsible for office supply inventory including ordering, organizing, and stocking supplies. Maintain the overall cleanliness of supply rooms and print areas. Process incoming and outgoing mail with all major shipping companies and USPS. Arrange for couriers and messenger services. Oversee postage machine and copier/printer usage; place service calls as necessary. Patrol and stock paper at all printer stations. Assist with office moves and new office setups. Assist with large-scale copy/print/scanning jobs and large mailing projects. Perform other general administrative duties as assigned. BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred. A minimum of one year of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services firm is preferred. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are a must. Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong attention to detail; exceptional customer service skills.
