Litigation Paralegal

The candidate will assist and support all aspects of a heavy litigation practice. Effectively handle the multiple and varied responsibilities of case management and trial preparation. Draft and analyze legal documents, perform legal research, and work with discovery documents in a fast-paced team environment. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a regional or national law firm setting. Prior experience in commercial litigation, construction law, or creditors’ rights is a plus.
