Program Director - Attorney
Responsibilities: Communicates company legal position to clients and attorneys related to casualty and estate recovery cases. Analyzes and stays current on health care subrogation laws, regulations, and policies. Serves as primary liaison with subrogation clients. Works with company-wide resources to ensure key client deliverables and revenue goals are met. Develops and manages budget and revenue expectations for a specific market (i.e. state or group of states); May have full P&L responsibility. Identifies sources of revenue through use of sales and marketing skills. Leads sales efforts throughout assigned market. Works with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and identify opportunities for value added services. Leads procurement processes and RFP responses. Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand scope of engagement. Monitors competitor activity, legislative and regulatory initiatives, and agency concerns and contracts. Develops and presents reports and other written communication to the client and internal staff. Interacts with HMS executives, supporting staff, state constituencies including legislators and governor’s staff. Ensures overall service delivery and client satisfaction for assigned market. May supervise additional account management staff. Supports collaboration between account management team and operations staff.
