Responsibilities

The Senior Insurance Product Manager Monitors Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) product performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Engages in PDP bid filings, implementing product changes, and member communication. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for identifying Part D gaps, recommending product changes, and overseeing the implementation of changes to products. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of experience with Medicare or Pharmacy benefits

Previous experience with reviewing and understanding regulatory guidance

Detail oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
