Legal Secretary (Litigation)
The candidate will provide administrative support to Litigation lawyers in a highly collaborative working environment. Responsible for document preparation, edit, file maintenance, and client billing. Work with timekeepers, input time entry, file electronic court filings, pleadings, and process mail. Client contact in person and over the phone. Travel arrangements and reimbursements. Handle administrative confidential/sensitive firm and/or client information. Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements for this position. Should preferably have 3+ years of Litigation experience in a mid to large sized law firm and be proficient in legal secretarial and administrative tasks, document preparation, filing, time entry, expenses, telephone contact, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance.
