The candidate should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience in the areas of Personal Injury is preferred; Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process; along with the ability to be patient and empathetic while working closely with these clients; interaction with clients and medical providers; the ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records; well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize; excellent communication and client interaction skills; and experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems and discovery.
