Duties: Assists all parties to a real estate transaction (attorneys, preclosers, closers, postclosers, agents, and lenders) put together and complete a real estate closing. Review title to ensure clear. Reviews preclosed files to ensure complete. Reviews CD prior to sending to clients to ensure it is correct. Sends settlement statements to all parties prior to closing for review. Coordinates between parties and closers to ensure all closing documents are correct. Ensures file is balanced when checks are cut and file is funded.
