Customer Experience Program Manager, you will test, iterate and launch new
programs based on deep dives into data and analytics from our customers. The
ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated success leading
cross-functional team projects and experience using analytical tools to use
data to help tell a story and frame the opportunity for creating new
consumer-facing e-commerce experiences. The Lifecycle Marketing and Customer
Experience (“LCX”) team at zulily is responsible for building long-term
relationships with our 6 million active customers. The CX team within LCX
is responsible for all of zulily’s cross-channel marketing and engagement
programs that includes drives the testing and launch of new customer programs which
have recently included our new daypart program, zulily’s private label credit
card and reverse logistics capabilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
A/B test, iterate and implement different shipping pricing and communication customer experiences
Ability to scope each unique effort, defining methodology, data collection, data analysis customer engagement, and providing recommendations
Prioritize and influence investment into new shipping programs through influencing of key cross-functional stakeholders including Technology, Customer Service and Supply Chain
Plan and deliver data-driven insights and understand bottom line financial impacts by working backwards from customer needs
Identify and implement new solutions, processes or best practices where systems are not in place based on by being obsessed with customer experience
Ensure balance between hitting quarterly/annual business goals while continuing to deliver an amazing customer experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain logistics
2 years of experience in retail, merchandising or marketing preferred
Have experience influencing and earning the trust of multiple stakeholders and influencing critical decisions
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to motivate a cross functional team to continuously deliver on tight schedules
Experience driving online B2C email or lifecycle marketing programs
Knowledge of SQL/Big Query required
