Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring commercial advertisements air on cable networks per client's contract. Works with campaign management, customers and/or agencies to ensure a positive customer experience. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in customer support and own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Input the titles of client advertisements into database and enters the instructions for ad airing. Reviews contracts for accuracy and works with to resolve issues with changes or missing instructions.
Responsible for most complex and highest value orders / advertising campaigns.
With support of leadership, offers direction and provides on the floor support for peers, answering questions and offering basic practices, establishes apparent time management skills individually and amongst the team.
Troubleshoots mid-day, end-of-day and digital ad checks and processes.
Creates and interprets statistical reporting and monitor new products and practices that will result in more efficient process and additional advertising revenues.
Assists management with regular metric reporting for departmental performance and aggregate advertiser delivery.
Maximizes billing opportunities by evaluating sold and scheduled inventory and adjusting commercial placement.
Reviews the status of a client's advertising schedule. Revises and replaces instructions for advertising schedules.
Assists in processing late orders and coordinates the schedule completion transfer.
Performs an order verification report and reconciles against advertising contract. Reviews and manages unverified spots.
Assists with month-close update procedures.
With minimal assistance from their leader, guides team to consistently meet and exceed posted service level agreements and operational deadlines.
Manages reporting for business partners.
Develops, evaluates and recommends technical and systematic procedures to assist in the servicing of clients. Identifies problems and recommends solutions.
Energetically participates with the team and offers guidance in the absence of leadership.
Successfully facilitates team meeting with or without supervisory support.
Works on special projects as assigned.
Assists with training for new traffic coordinators as requested.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
