Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Loan Operations Specialist for our Loan Operations Department in Arden Hills, MN. This position is multifaceted and entails all types of processes necessary to support the lending functions within the bank with a focus on providing loan documentation services to lenders. This is a non-exempt, Full-Time position with full benefits.
The successful candidate will provide professional, superior customer service to both internal and external customers. Candidates must have an eye for detail, work efficiently, and be flexible and cooperative. Three plus years in the lending function assisting lenders is preferred.
