Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Acquisition IMC is responsible for assisting in the creative development, execution, and implementation of Integrated Marketing Communications campaigns that support prospect acquisition efforts for the Xfinity brand. In partnership with the broader Integrated Marketing Communications team, key business leads, and cross-functional partners, the Sr. Specialist will assist with the execution of IMC programs that align to and achieve key acquisition business objectives that meet Xfinity brand standards and fit within current campaign goals and offer strategy. These include but are not limited to driving consideration and demand for core Xfinity products including Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Mobile, and Xfinity entertainment. Primary activities include collaborating on communications plans, assignments, briefings, conceptual creative development, creative reviews, internal reviews, creative production, trafficking, and coordination of all creative needs across key business and media segments. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge and reports to Manager, Acquisition IMC.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Key player in managing the agency relationship day to day and drives execution excellence by tackling timelines, deliverables and trafficking of creative.
Communicates IMC project requirements and coordinates with agency to ensure project completion.
Reviews all Acquisition IMC creative to ensure alignment and consistency with established campaign strategy, divisional offers, and messaging.
Assists in creative execution across all media (TV, radio, digital, print, social, etc.)
Partners with Field Marketing team to ensure creative and media plans are updated with the most relevant offer details and creative strategy.
Partners with and provides guidance to the broader IMC & cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and creative consistency across all marketing channels.
Works closely with divisional marketing teams to provide creative updates and facilitate conversations around offer changes.
Works closely with legal to ensure compliance of all communications.
Manages project budgets.
Assists with multiple projects simultaneously.
Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary and must be able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
