The candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest in order to support the firm’s new business intake clearance functions. Works closely with members of the Office of the General Counsel, the New Business Intake team and other Conflicts Attorneys. A Bachelor’s degree and a law degree from an accredited law school. Must have an active Bar membership in Texas. 3+ years of relevant experience practicing law and/or working on a conflicts team is required. Conflicts and ethics experience is strongly preferred. Experience working at an international law firm is desired.
