The candidate will answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from potential clients. Ensure that all retainer documents are properly signed. Follow up with potential clients. Provide referral communication. Schedule meetings/calls for attorneys with potential clients. Build strong rapport with potential clients. Review and analyze case facts. Regular communication with clients. Screen potential case leads. Coordinate sign-up of new clients. Provide case information to case managers. Take accurate notes during the attorney-client initial consultation. High School Diploma or Equivalent experience. Sales experience is required. Spanish skills are required.
