The candidate will typically be asked to perform varying work assignments and research projects, but will also be allowed to speak with clients on a daily basis. Records scanning and editing/formatting in a word document. Filing/organizing files. Data entry. Logging incoming documents. Reviewing immigration packets. Preparing documents, correspondence and memos. Making copies, sending faxes and emails. Provide support as needed. Must have strong communication skills. Should have a four year degree or paralegal certificate. Must have 3+ years of legal experience – paralegal certificate a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft’s Word, Excel, and Outlook.
