Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in family law preferred.

  • Organization: Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensing: Active Michigan state bar license in good standing.

Certifications and Skills

  • Family law experience and knowledge of divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
