Based in the Faculty of Health, the Peninsula Dental School is committed to three core aims: outstanding clinical education, strong social engagement, and world class research which all feature strongly in the student learning experience. The Peninsula Dental School has a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual to work in a modern and innovative dental school. You will have a broad and exciting portfolio of responsibilities and be part of an enthusiastic team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the development of first class dental practitioners whose priority is their patients and their community. You will also be responsible for the overseeing treatment of all Paediatric patients in the Dental Education Facilities ensuring that the highest quality of teaching and patient care is provided. You will have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree, full registration with the UK General Dental Council (GDC) and be on the GDC Specialist List in Paediatric Dentistry. The salary will be on the Senior Clinical Lecturer salary scale, the exact pay threshold will be dependent on experience and seniority. The post is available on a full-time basis. The school achieved an exceptionally high position in the Guardian League Tables in 2019.
