Ideal candidates should have a strong background in general litigation and transportation/trucking law. Duties:

• Handle transportation and trucking-related cases, as well as general litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case files, and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case progress and advise on legal options.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal support.
• Manage caseload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and client's needs are prioritized.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice, specifically in general litigation and transportation/trucking law.
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Indiana is required.
