The candidate responsibilities include: Maintain direct client engagement, both in executing project work and developing new work with new future clients. Maintain a strong local network within the DoD environmental, asset management, and real estate communities. QA/QC review and legal sufficiency review of complex environmental and land use documents. Early project planning and development of project alternatives analysis and strategies. Analysis of technical studies, compliance reports, permit applications, and similar reports/documents. Lead the development of regulatory and consultation documents. Lead and/or support coordination with regulatory agencies. Ensure timely processing and execution for regulatory interactions and permitting deliverables. Write various technical sections of environmental, land use, and real estate documents.
