The candidate will be advising clients on data security and privacy compliance. Will be drafting privacy and data security-related policies. Assisting clients with legal strategy. Assisting in training various business units on data security and privacy matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service. Should have experience working with technology companies. Must have experience advising clients on data security and privacy compliance, such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Should have experience drafting privacy policies and security policies. CIPP/US certification a plus. Must be licensed in Illinois, Colorado or California. A book of business, or proven track record of building a book of business, is a plus.
