Senior Corporate Associate Attorney
The candidate will be creating an opportunity for a new team member to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of corporate transactional matters for public and private companies. Must possess advanced (5+ years) transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A transactions; and drafting/negotiating transactional documents, including merger, stock/asset purchase, operating, partnership, and shareholder agreements. Experience in general corporate matters, securities-related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity, and investment funds), and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures will also be considered. Excellent client skills, the ability to manage a legal team, and admission to the NJ Bar and NY are required.
