Regulatory Change Management Legal Analyst
The candidate will be assessing applicability to L&R product line(s) and businesses of enacted laws and regulations received by the team. Drafting accurate and succinct summaries of material elements of applicable enactments. Communicating enactments to the Compliance Implementation team, via L&R’s regulatory change management system Archer, in a timely manner. Partnering with Compliance’s Implementation Team to review and answer questions regarding assigned enactments. Conducting historical research of enacted laws and regulations. Contributing to and participating in RCM status meetings with legal and compliance teams. Supporting the Senior Manager in routine and ad hoc reporting on enactments. Providing RCM training to legal and compliance teams, including training on the use of Archer. Other duties as assigned.
