Come join our team!Job Summary:As an MRI Tech, you will operates Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment safely and accurately to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis. Your day-to-day work will also include:Preparing and positioning patients correctly and effectivelyRecording the requested diagnostic imagesSending results to physician for evaluation and diagnosisAdhering to strict safety, regulatory, licensing and department standards and protocolsApplying knowledge of aseptic technique; maintaining quality control for all imaging equipment; and maintaining knowledge of physics, anatomy, techniques and medical terminology through participating in continuing education, seminars, meetings and in-servicesMaintaining records and logsPerforming incidental general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, maintaining records and ordering supplies','!*!Education/Experience:Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological TechnologyLicense/Certification:American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) certificationState of Washington Certification as a Radiological TechnologistARRT MRI Certification is preferredCurrent healthcare provider Basic Life Support (CPR) certification','We’re an equal opportunity employer.
