Quality Compliance Supervisor

(AACOG)

This is a responsible, supervisory position designed to assure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and processes pertaining to the operation of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP); Assists the Weatherization Administration Project Manager and Administrative Coordinator in the daily administration of the WAP program; Responsible for the denial/deferral and appeal hearing process, data management, evaluation, tracking and management of case movement through the life-cycle, and ensuring that accurate and timely audits, work orders and statistical reports are prepared; Acts as the first level client and contractor liaison taking steps to clarity of roles, responsibilities and expectations. Supervises the assessment/audit, inspection staff.

Essential Functions: Quality Assurance review of client files from start to finish to ensure compliance with all required regulations and protocols to include preparing for monitoring visits from our grant administrators; Acts as client and contractor liaison offering information and resolving concerns or complaints; Documentation of all production activities in individual spreadsheets as well as the database for the purpose of creating production tracking logs and reports; Coordinate and develop the annual Weatherization pricing list for contractors; Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Education/Job Experience:

Associate Degree or 60 hours of college coursework or equivalent technical training and five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a professional environment to include supervision of clerical and technical personnel; Experience in a governmental, non-profit, or business environment requiring adherence to federal, state and local regulations; Or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Other Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Ability to listen effectively and mediate resolutions; Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred; Above average Microsoft Access skills to include query and report creation; Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise staff.

Required Courses: Building Performance Institute Certification, Quality Control Inspector Certification.

This position is a Pay Grade 14, with a starting annual salary of $44,712.49. This is an exempt position. Open until Filled.
