Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper
The candidate will enter accounts payable and accounts receivable financial transactions in accordance with the procedures established daily. Make remote bank deposit transaction daily. Provide Accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Record checks received daily and audit check log weekly per guidelines. Record invoice and operation transactions daily. Issue and mail operating and hard cost checks twice a month. Review settlement disbursements and issue IOTA checks according to procedures and guidelines daily. Generate monthly statements. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Verify credit card transactions and reconcile with credit card statements. Four year accounting degree is preferred. Should have 1-3 years accounting work experience.
