The candidate will draft, negotiate, and review vendor contracts, including large, global supply contracts, software licenses, maintenance agreements, partnership arrangements, and information services agreements. Will perform risk assessment and analysis related to commercial terms, identifying and vetting high-risk matters. Facilitate review, approval, and execution of vendor agreements. Provide independent advice and counsel to internal business partners on a wide variety of issues that arise in the context of commercial contracts in areas that concern software licensing, data security, privacy, and regulatory matters.
