he Role:

We are looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven marketer to design and execute global integrated marketing campaigns to promote and reinforce the value of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions products. In this brand new role, you will lead a high performing team focused on engaging and accelerating growth of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) customers.

The ideal candidate is a marketer who has a track record of driving business growth by marrying performance-orientation with deep audience understanding and creativity in message and marketing tactics. This leader thinks strategically about how to translate business goals into marketing objectives and practical tactics. The ideal candidate is collaborative and can influence without authority, has strong people and project management capabilities, and demands operational excellence to execute on-time and drive results.


Think in bold and creative ways about reinforcing the value of LTS products through lifecycle, cross sell and upsell programs

Design, launch and manage best-in-class multi-channel full-funnel digital marketing programs (strategic focus and direction, together with tactical execution workflow) that engage customers and directly contribute to engagement and bookings targets

Partner very closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Digital Marketing to align on strategy

Define and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs, and regularly communicate performance to executive stakeholders

Drive the strategic direction and execution of all digital channels including SEM, social, display, LinkedIn’s owned channels and web marketing for the talent strategy narrative

Basic Qualifications

8 years of marketing experience

2 years of people management

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact

Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and execution of the vision and strategy in a marketing function as it relates to offerings, programs and solutions both domestically and internationally

Strong cross-functional leader who adopts a collaborative approach to problem solving, builds strong internal relationships, and consensus and alignment on critical initiatives

Proven people management skills and an ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on business outcome story-telling

Ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to think/act strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and work as an individual contributor to meet goals

B2B marketing experience in the SaaS products
