Client Value Pricing Manager
Duties: The candidate will be a key member of the Firm’s Client Value Team and will focus on delivering value through innovative alternative fee arrangements, improving on current processes, and leading Client Value analysts along with the training and development of other team members. Work closely with the Client Value Senior Managers and Directors in order to continue to lead in completion and submission of formal RFPs and other requests. Creating innovative pricing models and making recommendations for the most appropriate choices on panel pitches and individual matters. Assessing current firm pricing and matter management capabilities and writing proposals for projects that can improve firm efficiency and output. Attending client meetings as needed to discuss Pricing and Value Add offerings. Presenting to partners and other fee-earners raise awareness of function and capabilities. Attend Practice Group meetings as needed to present on various topics with relation to pricing and client value. Assisting Senior Manager in managing team of Sr. Analysts and Analysts to ensure all work is delegated appropriately and completed to satisfactory standard. Leading partner training programs when required for all Client Value and Pricing initiatives. Overseeing pricing team reporting function and ensuring quality and integrity are maintained at all times. Coach and mentor team members on best practices of the firm and Client Value Team. Coordinate with the Legal Project Management Team on various Pricing related projects. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the analytical and operational capabilities of the Pricing team. Reviewing client requests for regular Management Information. This will involve working closely with BD, Finance and other Business Services functions to ensure that they provide information in a seamless and professional fashion. Liaising with Firm Programming team to ensure all support tools are maintained to the highest standard and lead on coordinating any required changes.
