Employee Relations Partner, Workplace Concerns

The candidate will review and resolve employee concerns that include unfair treatment in the performance, promotion, and pay processes, and/or potential violations of the firm’s standards of conduct, to ensure fair treatment of all Firms. Will partner with Employee Relations investigators and support Partner Investigations (e.g., Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit, Global Investigations), which may include note taking, advising, drafting, and delivering discipline. Collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones. Resolve and de-escalate matters as appropriate using empathetic listening and conflict resolution skills. Communicate clear guidance and mentoring to the firm, people operations partners, and management. Draft summaries to document complex issues and advice as necessary.
