Junior Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager, Business and Legal Affairs, International Consumer Products
Responsibilities: Managing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for CP (i.e. toy, merchandise, content, digital and promotions) and LBE deals globally (liaising directly with Vice President). Assisting with ad-hoc marketing enquiries as needed. Maintaining relationships internally and externally (i.e. agents and licensees). Assisting with reports, research, counterfeit sightings, debt collection and litigation matters as needed. Maintaining templates, suggesting updates and crafting new templates, as requested, for review and approval of Senior Counsel’s VP of BALA. Liaising with Intellectual Property team regarding IP infringement matters and supporting Senior Counsel with day to day IP protection matters. Assisting Senior Counsel and/or VP of BALA on special projects, and assisting other Junior Contracts Managers and Senior Contracts Managers as needed.
