Senior Patent Agent

The candidate will perform and advise teams on IP landscape, patentability, FTO, and due diligence assessments. Will participate in weekly interactions with Corporate Development and R&D to review the IP landscape. Draft and prosecute patent applications directed to innovation and technology. Partner with, and advise, Corporate Development across a range of contract matters (CDAs, MTAs, collaboration agreements, etc.), review proposed disclosures, and related activities. Liaise with and oversee external legal counsel. Maintain and manage licensing and patent-related documents.
