HR Systems Manager
The candidate implements and finalizes the functional design, configuration, and support model of the implemented modules within UKG Pro and WFD (Workforce Dimensions). Leads the HR Systems Team in managing the post-Go Live issue list. Identifies and resolves issues associated with HR systems and related processes. Leads overall vision for HR systems renovations including enhancement, implementation, and continued evolution of products/services. Optimizes enhances and improves the UKG modules and processes with the HR Systems Team. Remains current regarding trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HR Systems. Partners with business customers, including but not limited to HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance, Recruiting, IT, Finance, Local Office, Knowledge Services, and Payroll to gather and define business requirements. Translates and converts business needs to UKG system configuration and optimization. Serves as liaison between HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT to ensure collaboration and cooperation. Partners with the Learning and Development team to train users and administrators. Ensures system compliance with data, systems security, and privacy requirements. 3+ years of experience managing and developing an HRIS analyst team. 5 years: 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro and/or Kronos Workforce Dimensions. Legal or professional services experience preferred. 5 years: 5+ years of experience within HR (HR Operations, HR Service Center, or HR Technology) or Consulting preferred. 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro and/or Kronos Workforce Dimensions required. Legal or professional services experience preferred. 3+ years of experience managing and developing an HRIS analyst team is required. Minimum 5 years of experience within HR (HR Operations, HR Service Center, or HR Technology) or Consulting preferred. Experience managing full system implementation life cycle. PMP or other Project Management Certifications are preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; growth mentality and positive attitude when working on a team. Creative problem solving a business judgment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to routinely lift and carry event materials and other items up to 10 pounds. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
