Compliance - Change Management Specialist

The candidate will work closely with compliance, department managers, legal and IT departments as well as client relationship managers. Conduct preliminary change impact assessments. Schedule and facilitate weekly Change Management meetings with key stakeholders to gather and report feedback and gather and adjust plans. Coordinate project work, which includes entering and maintaining all project documentation within the firm’s project management software. Create and monitor status reports. Develop work plans with appropriate tasks and milestones and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and performs special projects as required. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, clients, etc.. Track follow-ups, ensuring that the teams adhere to the change management approach and expectations. Perform testing to evidence implementation of changes when required. College degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work. Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry is preferred.
