Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

The AMS SAP Payroll Support Lead

will complement the client’s payroll operations team in providing ongoing functional and technical support. Responsibilities will include:

Leading, managing, and resolving incidents and break/fix as reported to the AMS payroll support team

Leading and managing ongoing service requests as reported to the AMS payroll support team to optimize and enhance the client’s SAP payroll

Reviewing and planning for SAP Notes and HR Service Packs to be applied to the client’s environment

Participating in Year End payroll planning, including performing change impact analysis, assisting with W2 processing, and required payroll adjustments

Assisting with the ongoing SAP payroll processing and supporting the client’s payroll operations team

Managing and keeping assigned cases within the case management system updated with current status information

Providing leading practice advisory support into SAP payroll operations and delivery processes as needed

Assisting with process documentation updates in the form of standard operating procedures (SOPs), processing guides (PGs) or desktop procedures (DTPs)

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

4-6 or more years of SAP payroll experience

Experience in a Lead role

Experience with year-end payroll planning

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
